Allergy-friendly snacks for all to enjoy.
Our homemade marshmallow puffs are available during the colder months of the year and often described as pillow-y soft, like eating clouds. They are a delicious and allergy friendly alternative to traditional marshmallows. Grass fed bovine gelatin is a great source of collagen (which is great for your skin, hair, and nails) and raw honey and maple syrup are natural sweeteners that contain antioxidants, which help quell inflammation, making it a guilt-free treat! Enjoy them as a snack on the go, a dessert after dinner, or in a cup of hot cacao (our favorite)!
Made in a permitted home kitchen in small batches. Store in an airtight container in a cool place (e.g., pantry or refrigerator) and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. When properly stored, our marshmallow puffs last about 2 weeks.
VANILLA MARSHMALLOW PUFFS INGREDIENTS: raw honey, water, organic maple syrup, grass fed bovine gelatin, non-GMO arrowroot starch, organic vanilla extract (organic glycerin, organic vanilla bean extractives in water), and ancient sea salt.
Ethan and Elsa
Ethan, Elsa, and their family are no strangers to food allergies. Ethan and Elsa developed severe food allergies as infants while other members of their family developed food sensitivities and allergies as adults. E 'n' E Snacks was born out of a lack of snacks available that met the family's dietary restrictions. Our snacks are organic, locally sourced when possible, handcrafted in small batches, made with love, and free of gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and tree nuts.
We understand that it can be challenging to find tasty treats that fit your dietary needs, which is why we've created snacks that are allergy-friendly. Our mission is to bring awareness to food allergies by making quality allergy-friendly snacks for everyone to enjoy. We also strive to minimize waste by implementing closed-loop and sustainable practices as best as we are able. All of our bags and labels are compostable, our food waste is turned into compost, and our desiccants are reusable (put them in a dehydrator at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, or until the green balls turn orange).
